In this assignment, I am required to upload the equipment lists that have completed during the session. I will make sure to include all the necessary details and information in the lists. Once completed I will follow the steps provided by your teacher to upload my documents to the designated platform.
Equipment lists are important to know where everything is and that the area is safe for the performance. Today was the first time I have created a channel list this shows what each instrument connects into to personify the the sound to the audience.
From the previous show the stage a was very confined space with all the instruments added so the plan needs to reflect this. The mic fell over last year when approaching the stage due to loose cables so we need to ensure they are safely placed. It is important to test the equipment prior to the performance and soundcheck each instrument.
Importance of each piece of equipment.
Monitors: On-stage monitors let you hear sound from the PA system during the performance.
Microphones: These are critical components of the live sound equipment list that transmit your voice and music to the audience.
Cables: Audio producers work with different cables in each session and must keep them functioning and organized at all times.
Lighting: Lighting equipment ensures that you highlight onstage performers while adding a visual drama and flare to match their songs.
PA systems: Public Address (PA) systems electronically amplify sound so your audience can hear the vocals, electronics, and instruments over ambient noise.

I have created an initial stage plan for the event to show example of the space an placement of the equipment.
I feel the drums will take up most of the space and the cables will need to be secure to ensure safety when accessing the stage. As there will be 2 keyboards this will also limit the space on stage so this will need to be planned correctly. Most of the guitarists will be using there own and bring on stage separately.

Further plans: Next week we pan to set out where the cables will lead
